Add Someone Else
Say you wanted to ask someone from your company to join the Online Meeting. You can invite them by Name or Phone Number. You can also send an E-mail if you wish.

7. Try It: Invite by Name or Phone Number...
The Lync Meeting is still online.
Go to the People pane.
Click on Invite More People.
A Search window will pop up.
When you select a Contact, Lync will send an meeting invitation through Lync.
